Jeff Said is an American bodybuilder, one of the youngest IFBB champions and winner of many other contests of bodybuilding and wrestling.

As he said in one interview he was a nerd in elementary school who was reading fantasy books and playing a video games but in the same time he was into sport and he was playing football, baseball, run track and wrestling.

He had a strong will to became a world champion in bodybuilding and his role model and hero as he mentioned once is Arlond Schwarzengger. He wanted to be just like him and he did it.

Early years

Jeff Said was born on June 12th in 1994 in town Renton in Washington, United States.

He spent his childhood with his parents and two sisters named Melissa and Kristina with whom he is very close.

He started to training sports when he was just five years old.

He was a nerd in elementary school who was reading fantasy books and playing video games most of time although he was playing football, baseball, run track and wrestling in the same time.

As he stated in one interview he imagined in some moments that he is just like heroes from books and games and he realized that he could much better than he done in that time. He had problematic skin with acne and besides this problem he had average body without defined muscles. He knew that for each sport is necessary to be in perfect shape and to have a strength.

He admitted that every time he saw that girls staring at guy with hot body that he wanted to looks just like that. He had strong desire that everyone stared at him and to admire him especially girls.

His hero and role model who inspired and motivated him to became a world champion in bodybuilding was famous actor and also ex champion in bodybuilding Arlond Schwarzengger. He started to explore websites with bodybuilding and he was thrilled when he watched the photos of wrestlers and bodybuilders.

Soon after that was his 12th birthday and his parents bought him a set that contained plates of 40 pounds with a curling bar. He started to exercise each night and he even asked parents to buy him a poster of his idol Arlond Schwarzengger that he put in his room.

Career development

Jeff became really devoted to bodybuilding. When he was senior year of high school he decided to try to get football scholarships and to pay his college education with that money. Unfortunately, the things didn’t happen as he planned because at the first football game on his senior year he got the injury of ALC.

He lost a chance to get scholarships for studies and this was very stressful for him. Only few months later he again broke his ALC and in that moment that was the end of the world and of all his dreams.

Before his first surgery of ALC he he visited website where he read about new category of bodybuilding contest named “Men’s Physique”. He decided to participate in this contest since he was continuously practicing and work very hard for six years.

Just one month later he won the first place on that competition and this was great success for him. One year later he participated on National and thanks to this competition he became the youngest IFBB Professional in the history when he was just 19 years old.

His career began to develop very quickly after he competed at the Mr.Olympia contest. Since then he started to get many business offers. He was travelling all around the world to appear at different exposes and similar events. Besides this kind of work he also earns money from his online personal trainings that have an ISSA certificate.

He also launched his own clothing brand under name “SeidWear” and he even wrote and the book titled “Guide to Aesthetics” which has more than 150 pages. In this book he explains and describes all about his hard work to aesthetics look.

In one interview Jeff explains that he succeed in his plans and intentions because he was obsessed with his body and muscles and he also was really devoted to trainings. As he said he takes care about his meals and nutrition and he workout every day without exception.

According to his words he never missed the workout on the period longer than one week and he paused with trainings only when he had to. He also pointed out that he can’t wait to go to the gym and that the key of success that people love what they do.

Jeff also keeps the diet and he claimed that the diet is necessary condition for everyone who wants to achieve the good results. He admitted that he used supplements which yet can’t compare with good and health food although they are also necessary for those who training hard and wanted to have a muscular and hot body.

Jeff was on a few covers of popular fitness magazines like “Muscle & Fitness” and “Iron Man”.

Jeff is also trying to develop his career in the film industry. In 2015 he was actor and co-executive producer of reality TV show under name “A day in the life” which has only one episode.

In 2018 it was released the documentary about his career development simple named “Jeff Seid Documentary”. In this movie he is playing a main role – himself of course.
